For the price, these are fantastic tumblers! If you're not using them to resell in any way, by all means get them!A couple of mine had small scuffs on the lids, and while I wouldn't normally worry about such things, I needed at least 5 for a custom order and a few more to decorate for stock for an event would be handy. I personally can't in good consious sell damaged product so I reached out to the seller for replacement lids(no slight against them or their staff, I've worked in manufacturing for ~12 years, no matter how close a watch you keep on things, stuff happens and things get through; the important thing is to simply minimize such occasions and to make it right when it does wind up happening).The sellers were prompt and very fair in how they handled the situation. I have a feeling I'll be buying from them more and more as my decal/sticker and graphic design buisness grows. ??I loved that it came with a straw but it sucks that the lid doesn't support it. I thought it did but other than that good cup.The straw doesn’t fit through the opening in the lid. Otherwise great value.I would probably purchase another top because this one only has a slot, but other than that it’s great! Ice stayed frozen 12 hoursI received the tumblers in good shape but the straws do not fit into the opening in the lid and you the lids don’t close so they definitely are not spill proof and likely will not keep beverages cold or hot long. Now I need to find replacement lids to fit these tumblersThe picture shows a black straw and a lid with a slider on top. The lid doesn’t have a slider and the black straws included do not fit in opening on the lid. So disappointed. Also the light pink has a peach hue to it.Would have given it 5 starts if lid slid closedThe cups are nice but the straws do not fit the lids. Yes you can use it without the lid but why sell it with a straw if you can’t use it with the lid. I also had a separate order that still has not come. It has been about a week now. And thy have not shipped.
