Read more Directions: Note: You need to follow this direction to make your hair wavy Step 1: Divide your hair into four sections. You should create four box-like sections: at the front left, the front right, the back left, and the back right. Leave the first section you plan to work on undone, but use a three large hair clips to keep the remaining three sections out of the way. Step 2: Take a pinch of hair from the first section. Traditional box braids are pretty small, so all you need to do in order to get enough hair for the braid is to pinch a small section between your index finger and thumb. Step 3: Dip in hot water. Secure synthetic hair to this pinch, if desired. You can do box braids with either real, natural hair or extensions. If you plan to use synthetic extensions, now is the time to wrap a section of synthetic hair into your actual hair. Step 4: Braid the first pinch. You need to divide your first pinch of hair into exactly three sections as you braid. Doing so creates smoother, neater braids that will be vastly easier to remove afterward. Step 5: Repeat for the rest of your hair. At this point, you've completed one braid. The rest of your braids should be created in the exact same manner, so repeat this procedure until your entire head of hair has been braided. Step 6: Decide whether or not to tie your braids off. These braids are tight enough to stay put on their own without the use of hair elastics, but if you want extra security, you can wrap a small hair elastic at the bottom of the braid. This can be especially helpful if your hair is fairly smooth instead of thick and kinky. When apply heat, we highly recommend setting 360F.

I used this hair to get the “bohemian braid” look. I used regular synthetic braiding hair and then added a few stray pieces. This hair curls up when moose is applied, however it gets frizzy. I also found the curls to loosen and the hair becomes straight. It’s beautiful hair but I wanted the curly look. I’m giving 4 and not 5 because of how it frizzes and doesn’t stay wavy like I want it. Besides that it’s great hair. I used perm rods to curl it and it worked great.I received the product a while back. Its feels more synthetic than most "human like-hair" but it is okay. It comes with instructions that is recommended to get best results for that "wet n wavy" look. I got the red/black hair mix. I think my hair is too long to do single braid and let out the ends now cuz I was disappointed at how my own hair took up half the length of the extension hair.. 18" was too short for the length of my hair. and the 18" looked really short taken out the package, but I measured it and it's full 18". I think the best method to use this hair is to crochet it into your own hair especially if your own hairs take ups more than 3 inches of the braids hair. Not sure If I would buy it again. if I do, it would 22" and I would definitely crochet braid it in.I used the hair to help form butterfly goddess locs. If you look at the picture you will see the hair at the ends. I love the color and the length is about bra strap length. I just got it installed yesterday, however I haven’t figured out how to activate the curls. I’ve tried water and moose so far and neither had held the curl.(First time installing micros btw) I was skeptical at first because there were people on here giving the hair a bad review BUT clearly the people with bad reviews had no idea how to actually install micros. This hair for it being synthetic was amazing. You will have to curl the ends your desired pattern but it can be achieved. I’ve had my braids in for almost a month and the bottoms are not looking raggedy like some synthetic hair. I will probably have to recurl the bottom in a few weeks but heck that’s expected with fake hair. Loved it and will be buying again. I wish they had more colors though.This product is not as advertised. The hair is not human hair and it gets extremely tangled. You would not know this u til you install the hair. I’ve used way better quality synthetic hair that doesn’t tangle as much. I had to wear my hair in a bun the whole time it was braided. Don’t buy.This hair is bad quality not soft at all the 6.00 hair is softer than this hair. Do not waste your money . I will never buy hair from here again. I would like a refund.My hair stylist said this hair was easy to work with. Braid and dip in hot water. I like it. For the price its worth it. I used 1 pack and a tiny amount out the 2nd pack. I have a undert cut. #2 colorI really like this hair it's soft and manageable . I thought getting 4 bundles would be enough when really I will have 2 order 4 more to complete my whole head of micro braids. So I'll been and bought 4 bags total still not bad for the price.
